The raw material of the device used in Jilin fuel ethanol project is corn.After the soaking,degerming,and crushing processes,the corn material can be manufactured into starch syrup with the modified method of wet process,then the starch syrup is extracted from the germ via the genm separator.Followed by the squeezing process and leaching process,the separated germ is sent to the drying system,and the crude oil would be obtained at last.In this paper,we have solved the technical bottleneck of the quality control in the corn oil refining process.We have formed a competitive and environmental production technique,further,the industrial resource technology also has its own independent intellectual property rights in this industry.Crude corn oil,squeezed from corn germ,is a kind of tan vegetable oil,which has an unpleasant smell and contains a high level of impurities.Therefore,the crude corn oil can't be directly used.Through the refining process,the crude oil will become pale yellow and transparently clear,which has a stable physicochemical property and can be easily stored.In this study,the operating conditions of corn oil refining process have been researched.After comparing the experimental result of each working procedure,the optimal conditions of the corn oil refining process has been obtained.The parameters of water content,temperature and operating time,have been measured in the crude corn oil degumming process.The optimal degumming conditions are obtained when the operating temperature is 67?,hydration time of 30 min and the water added between 4.25%?6.25%.The influences of alkaline content,temperature and operating time,have been explored in the crude corn oil deacidification process.The optimal conditions of deacidification are obtained when the operating temperature is 79?,hydration time of 30min and the alkaline of content 0.2%,approximately.The parameters of decolorizing agent dosage,temperature and operating time,have been measured in the crude corn oil decolourisation process.The best conditions of decolourisation happen when the operating temperature is 105?,hydration time of 30min and the decoloring agent content of 2.5%,approximately.We have studied the effects of the crude corn oil dewaxing process,such as crystallization temperature,dewaxing time and dosage of the diatomite.The optimal dewaxing conditions are obtained when the operating time is 12 h,temperature of 13? and the diatomite dosage of 2.5%.The test of the deodorization process has been done according to the effects of operating time,temperature and vacuum.Under the optimal conditions of operating time 2 h,temperature 240? and the deodorization 0.13 KPa vacuum degree,the crude corn oil has the best deodorization production.
