With the high speed expand of economy in our country,road construction have been great developed.At present the construction of highway network is laid of alpine region in the west,styrene-butadiene rubber as asphalt modifier can obviously raise the low temperature property of asphalt.So the styrene-butadiene rubber modified asphalt were a large number of applications.However styrene-butadiene rubber asphalt softening point increase is not obvious,easy to hot oxygen aging,storage stability is bad.Therefore to improve the shortcoming of styrene-butadiene rubber asphalt become research hotspot.This article selects the styrene-butadiene rubber and montmorillonite preparation with the method of spray drying into a composite modifier,and create the comprehensive modified asphalt.For penetration, melting point, viscosity, extension, including the anti-aging performance and storage stability performance test,and do the microstructure analysis.The result shows that:use Shanghai FRUK high-speed shearing machine as the shearing equipment,composite modifier and asphalt matrix at 150℃high speed shearing 4 h,the cutting speed of 4000 r/min,get the modified asphalt.Montmorillonite layer in asphalt in stripping state structure,provides the modified asphalt outstanding road property and anti-aging property,the storage stability of modified asphalt are improved.Composite modifier amount to 3 PHR can provide the optimum content of anti-aging performance.Phosphoric acid polymer and styrene butadiene rubber asphalt road use performance and strimellitic anhydride as asphalt additives can be very good improve montmorillonite torage stability.
