Abstract/Summary:
1,3-propanediol is an important chemical raw material,it is widely used in cosmetics,food,antifreeze,lubricants etc..The most significant role is as a monomer for the production of high performance polyester,such as PTT.The production of 1,3-propanediol biological method is very promising,but with the increase of substrate selectivity,lower processing cost of the total cost is very high,about 50~70%.In fact,the effective separation of 1,3-propandiol from a mixture of propylene glycol is a challenge.This paper on the basis of the original work,in order to achieve the purpose of industrialization,comparing 001*7 and Rohm Haas cation exchange resin processing capacity and processing volume,results of two types of resin processing capacity is 4BV,conductivity is reduced to 12000us/cm.After 20 batches of experiments,the performance of Rohm Haas resin was stable,but the processing capacity of 001*7 resin was decreased slightly.Considering the cost of industrialization,the 001*7 resin has the feasibility of industrialization.Aspen Plus is used to simulatethe distillation separation of 1,3-propanediol and 2,3-butanediol.Determing the plate number of rectification tower,feeding plate location,reflux ratio,the top and bottom temperature.At last,the recovery rate and purity of 2,3-butanediol is 99.1%and 99.0%,respectively.The yield of 1,3-propanediol is 99.6%.Based on comparing different packing and different theoretical plate number of rectification column.When rectifying column packing is 4 mm theta,theoretical plate number is 40 layer,the the yield of 1,3-propanediol that purity more than 99.5%is 68.7%and the overall yield is 89.2%.The end result is the conditions of simulation can be better separate 1.3 propanediol and 2,3-butanediol.Aspen Plus is used to simulate falling film three effect evaporator,and the water removal efficiency of the three effect evaporator model is 0.337t steam/t wate and the water removal rate is 97.5%.The concentration of 1,3-propanediol from 7%down to 55.8%.Aspen Plus is used to simulate three distillation columns,construction in addition to the water tower,2,3-butanediol separation tower and 1,3-propanediol separation column,the result is the yield of 2,3-butanediol is 95.1%and the purity is 99.3%,the yield of 1,3-propanediol is 98.6%and the purity is above 99.5%.The yield of glycerol is 99.9%and the purity is 94.8%.Industrialization yielded a purity of 78%of 2,3-butanediol and 90%of 1,3-propanediol...
