| The effects of core wall ratio, wall material concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on the preparation of ginger essential oil P-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes by saturated aqueous solution method were explored. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments as follows: core wall ratio 1:6, wall material concentration 2.5%, reaction temperature 40 ℃, reaction time 30 min. The encapsulation efficiency was 76.02%.The characteristics of ginger essential oil P-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes and P-cyclodextrin were evaluated through SEM. The particles of ginger essential oil β -cyclodextrin inclusion complexes were small with a certain aggregation. Average particle diameter of ginger essential oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes was 13.43μm.Properties of ginger essential oil P-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes were explored by FT-IR, XRD, and thermal property analysis. TGA and DSC results showed that the thermal propertis of β-cyclodextrin were changed by inclusion, β-cyclodextrin play a thermal protective effect on ginger essential oil.The storage stability of ginger essential oil P-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes was explored. Ginger essential oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes were more suitable with the storage environment of 4℃, oxygen free, and light avoided. B-cyclodextrin protected ginger essential oil from the effect of temperature, oxygen and light. The release study in vitro indicated that the release of ginger essential oil from inclusion complexes was much higher in simulated gastric juice, compared with simulated intestinal juice, which the cumulative release rate were 61.31% and 45.65% respectively. And the inclusion complexes may be responsible to controll release.Ginger essential oil P-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes-chitosan particles were preparated by ion condensation reaction between sodium phosphate and chitosan. SEM showed that sizes of particles were large, uneven sizes, and loose in form after vacuum freeze drying. Properties of ginger essential oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes-chitosan particles were explored by FT-IR, XRD, and thermal property analysis.Ginger essential oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes-chitosan micropheres were preparated through Spray drying method. SEM showed that the particles of ginger essential oil β - cyclodextrin inclusion complexes -chitosan micropheres were small with a certain aggregation. Properties of ginger essential oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes-chitosan micropheres were explored by FT-IR, XRD, and thermal property analysis. |
