The compounds of 5,7-dimethvl-[1,2,4]trizolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine is a class of fused heterocyclic compounds with broad spectrum of biological activity.Its biological activity can be expressed in weed control,sterilization,vomiting,plant growth regulators,optical activity.Therefore have a wide range of applications in the field of pesticides,pharmaceuticals and photographic.The general formula of the compounds is following:In this thesis,we overview and description the developments in recentyears and the overall trend of pesticides,herbicides,paraquat,andthe research development and bio-active of the compounds of5,7-dimethyl-[1,2,4]trizolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine.The basic information ofemetic triazole pyrimidinone was detailed described and the processsynthesis routes was studied.As the starting material methylmethacrylate and cyanamide,after addition,the ether,cleavage,condensation,cyclization,amino protection,amino deprotection stepsthe triazole pyrimidinone was synthesized.The best industrial synthesisconditions was determined after a large number of experiments andachieving a better yield.Triazole pyrimidinone’ s structural formula is following:The structure of the intermediate product and the target product was confirmed through ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,IR,the GC-MS test methods,providinga scientific basis for the theoretical study of the compounds.
