Bentonite(Bent)is a natural mineral material containing montmorillonite as its main component.It has high thermal stability and large specific surface area because of its unique chemical composition and special structure.It is often used in various environment friendly Type catalyst.In order to make the carrier have a greater specific surface area and higher thermal stability,it is often necessary to purify the natural bentonite to remove impurities to obtain high content of montmorillonite,and then through the load and other means to obtain different types of modified bentonite,and then It is used as a catalyst,applied to the catalytic,adsorption and other directions.This kind of catalyst with bentonite as carrier has the advantages of low preparation cost,high catalytic activity,easy separation and repeated use,and is a kind of green catalyst with wide application prospect.In this paper,three catalysts with high cerium sulfate supported,supported aluminum trichloride and hydroxy iron aluminum pill were prepared by using purified bentonite as carrier.The structures and morphology were prepared by FTIR,XRD,SEM,TG and BET.The effects of the three catalysts on the esterification,acylation and adsorption were studied.The main contents are as follows:1.The preparation of montmorillonite supported cerium sulfate solid acid catalyst was carried out by impregnation and evaporation method.The catalyst was prepared by purification,purification and acidification with Henan Xinyang sodium bentonite as raw material.The montmorillonite supported cerium sulfate solid acid catalysts were characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,TG and BET.The use of synthetic isobutyl acetate reaction for the catalytic performance evaluation system.The results show that the supported catalyst has good catalytic performance.When the reaction temperature is 100? and the alkyd ratio is 1.12: 1,the cerium sulfate is 20% and the catalyst dosage is 1.5g.When the reaction time is 2 h,the best catalytic yield efficiency reached 88.9%.At the same time,the catalyst after the reaction is easy to separate.The catalytic efficiency after repeated use was maintained at 83.1%.2.Preparation of Acidized Montmorillonite Supported AlCl3 Catalyst by Immersion Evaporation.The catalysts were characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM,TG and BET.The properties of the catalysts were evaluated by the acylation of isoamyl acetate.The results showed that the optimum catalytic yield was 85.38% when the reaction temperature was 95 ? and the anhydride ratio was 1.1: 1,the amount of catalyst was 0.4g and the reaction time was 40 min.The results showed that the catalytic yield of isoamyl acetate was 85.38% The At the same time,the catalyst after the reaction is easy to separate.After five times of repeated use of the catalytic efficiency is still maintained at 84.12%,indicating that such a supported solid acid catalyst stability.3.In this chapter,iron and aluminum pillared bentonite was characterized by FTIR,XRD,TG and BET.The organic organic dye was used as the research object,and the iron Adsorption Properties of Aluminum Pillared Bentonite for Dye Wastewater.The results showed that the pH value of the simulated wastewater was 250 mg / L,the dosage of modified bentonite was 1.0g,the reaction temperature was 30 ?,the reaction time was 40 min,the pH value of the reaction was 3,the chroma removal rate and COD removal rate reached 91.26%,86.67%,the concentration removal rate reached 98.8%.
