| The competition with pathogenic microorganisms has attracted such interests,as people pay more attention to public health with the improvement of society.The antimicrobial peptides were characterized with strong antimicrobial activity,broad-spectrum antibacterial property,widely range of species and difficult to produce resistance.They will play an important role in biomedical research and clinical application.This paper includes two aspects of work.Diallyl imidazolium salt and three kinds of antibacterial agent with alkenyl ethers were synthesized.With the structure characteristics of antimicrobial peptides,two kinds of antimicrobial film were prepared via thiol-ene photopolymerization.The antibacterial activity and thermal properties were evaluated in detail.The results and conclusions are listed as below.Firstly,1,3-Diallyl imidazolium salt(DIm)was synthesized by an simple and effective way.A composite crosslinking agent was prepared with DIm and electroneutrality polyfunctional alkene compound.Controlling the ratio of each component,two series polymer film with different ratio of hydrophobicity and charge density components were prepared via readily thiol-ene click reaction.The compounds was characterized by ATR-FTIR,1H-NMR,XPS,TGA,DSC and contact angle.Then the antimicrobial activity of two series polymer film was studied by dynamic shake method and plate count method.The results shows that the antimicrobial activity becomes better as the density of positive charge and the length of alkyl chain increase,as well as the thermal properties.Secondly,a series of novel vinyl ethers antibacterial agent were prepared with a mild and efficient method.Imidazoles with different length of alkyl chain were reacted with vinyl ethers chlorine salt to prepared three kinds of oil liquids based on imidazolium.Then the compouds were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The process of polymerization were tested by RT-IR.It is obvious that the vinyl ethers accelerated the thiol-ene polymerization.The thermal properties were characterized by DSC and TGA.The results shows that thermostability of antibacterial polymers was good.And the antimicrobial activity of this series polymer films was also remarkable,which was improved by the increase of alkyl chain length. |
