Research On Coordinated Development Between Economy And Ecological Environment In Zhejiang Province

To promote the coordinated development between social economy and natural environment is the basic content of Marxist ecological economy thought,and it is also an effective way to ease the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment protection, and realize the harmonious development of society and economy. Since the 70s of last century, society and economy in Zhejiang province have not only developed rapidly but also achieved a qualitative leap. But the economic growth which is characterized by high energy consumption and high input has brought a series of environmental pollution problems. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to maintain sustainable economic growth and ecological equilibrium for the sustainable development of Zhejiang province.This paper uses literature research analysis, normative analysis, qualitative and quantitative combination method comprehensively to study the coordinated development between economy and ecological environment in Zhejiang province from the provincial dimension and the city dimension. This paper analyzes the causes for the problem of the coordinated development between economy and ecological environment in Zhejiang Province, and makes some corresponding countermeasures so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of Zhejiang province.Firstly, this paper puts forward the framework and innovation by reading the literature and on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the research status at home and abroad, and sorts out the relevant theoretical basis to lay the foundation for the follow-up study. Secondly, from the four aspects of economic comprehensive strength, industrial structure, natural resources and the status quo of the natural environment, this paper describes in detail the situation of economic development and ecological environment in Zhejiang province.Thirdly, through building the evaluation index of the coordinated development between economy and ecological environment and the coordinated development degree model, based on the provincial data between 2007and 2014 and the data of 11 cities in 2014, this paper makes a scientific evaluation of the coordinated development between economy and ecological environment in Zhejiang province. The results show that in the provincial dimension, between 2007 and 2014, the overall level of coordinated development between economy and ecological environment in Zhejiang Province is on the rise, and it is in a good coordinated development now, but the ecological environment has become a critical factor restricting the coordinated development better; in the dimension of the city, there are great differences between the eleven cities in the level of coordinated development between economy and ecological environment, of which there are two cities in class imbalance. Fourthly, combined with Marxist ecological economic thoughts, this paper systematically analyzes the reason of the coordinated development problem between economy and ecological environment in Zhejiang Province, and finds that there are four main reasons:the consciousness of coordinated development between economy and ecological environment is still not strong; extensive economy still has a place; part of the enterprise production capacity of innovation is still not strong, the use of science and technology is not high; the system of ecological environment governance and supervision is not perfect. Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures.
