To analyze demonstrate wetland experimental data-recirculating aquaculture system of the importance of fisheries energy conservation in this experiment,by artificial wetlands-during operation of recirculating aquaculture system in July to November inlet and outlet water quality objectives and artificial wetlands system matrix enzyme activity was measured, studied and analyzed wetland-recirculating aquaculture system of aquaculture water purification effect, the artificial wetland system changes and breeding quality matrix activity purification matrix activity correlation. The water purification results showed:Wetland-recirculating aquaculture system for TN,the average removal rate of NH3-N,NO2-N,TP,PO43-,CODMn and Chla were 38.00%,49.37%,79.07%,40.37%,47.12%,15.55%,20.00%.Results and analysis of data showed that the artificial wetlands-recirculating aquaculture system CODMn and Chla removal is not significant, the removal of NO2-N is very significant, for TN,NH3-N,TP and PO43-removal more significant.Wetland-recirculating aquaculture system for water purification with good results,it has a significant role in reducing the discharge of sewage, conservation of water resources and protecting the environment, energy conservation for fisheries has great significance. The the activity of the matrix results showed:artificial wetlands-recirculating aquaculture system during operation, dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase, catalase, peroxidase activity and average nitrate reductase is 5.41(?(TPF)/?g*g-1h-1)?0.24(?/mg*g-1(2h)-1)?0.32(?(KMnO4/0.1mol*L-1*ml*g-1))?3.25(?/mg*g-1(2h)-1)?99.86(?(NO3--N)/?g(10g)-1*(24h)-1).Results and analysis of data showed that the dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase, catalase, peroxidase and nitrate reductase enzyme in five kinds of artificial wetlands-are run during a certain activity recirculating aquaculture system, and according to artificial wetland system operating environment changes all have different trends. Each enzyme has its own unique role.Water purification and study of the correlation coefficient matrix indicate activity:In this test, the dehydrogenase activity for a wetland system to remove ammonium nitrogen has a great influence(correlation coefficient of 0.9737),for total nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and removal of TP has a certain influence, have little effect on the removal of permanganate and chlorophyll;polyphenol oxidase activity compared to the TN removal removal of other contaminants have a great impact(related coefficient of 0.8368),and for the removal of other contaminants have little influence;catalase activity to have some effect on the total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, total phosphorus and orthophosphate, but high permanganate has little influence and chlorophyll;TN removal for peroxidase removal compared to other contaminants has great influence(correlation coefficient 0.8917),and for the removal of other pollutants have little impact;nitrate reductase activity for the removal of nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, total phosphorus, and chlorophyll permanganate has some influence, for the removal of ammonium and orthophosphate have little impact. Results and analysis of data showed that the five kinds of enzymes to remove some pollutants have some influence, for wetland-recirculating aquaculture system water purification efficiency has promoted shows experimental research on fisheries five enzyme energy saving also it has a very important role. This study of wetland-the theoretical basis and the importance of providing basic research recirculating aquaculture system of energy saving in the fisheries.
