| The Lotus Estuary of Yanyang River is the main water source of Yongniwa wetland,The monitoring of Lotus mouth shows that the water quality of Fuyang river is poor for years,which leads to serious pollution of wetland and degradation of ecosystem.On the basis of the analysis and determination that the pollution characteristics of the river water in Fuyang River are exceeded by total nitrogen,total pHos pHorus and ammonia,Combining with the National water pollution control and control science and technology special project(Item number:2014ZX07203-008)the major research carried out in five aspects:(1)Study on Filling Screening Test,It turns out:the slag was the packing with the largest adsorption amount of total nitrogen and total pHos pHorus in four kinds of fillers.In dynamic gradation test,the combination of sand+slag(or stone)is the best packing combination for the comprehensive average removal efficiency of each pollutant.(2)Experimental Study on Plant Screening,It turns out:lotus,reed,calamus Nym pHoides,can survive in the serious pollution of the Fuyang River;The oxygen production capacity of five species of plants is that Reeds>cattails>vegetables>water celery>Lotus.(3)Study on the Saving Conditions of Water Samples in the Determination of Water Samples.The following suggestions are put forward for the preservation of water samples in other experiments taking the total nitrogen experiment as an example:The experiment error can be reduced by using sulfuric acid acidified(pH<2)and refrigerated(4℃),and adding alkaline substance before the experiment.(4)Experimental study on the purification of Fuyang river by artificial wetland,It turns out:The contaminated water Fuyang under normal operating conditions and good purification effect of the wetland system,the effluent quality reached GB18918-2002III standards(The reference standard is the<pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment sites>(standard number:GB18918-2002)),some indicators have reached a class standard.The wetland of nitrite nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,total nitrogen,total pHos pHorus,Potassium Permanganate index,Kjeldahl nitrogen removal rate reached 37.1%,26.3%,45.4%,57.8%,64.7%,43.9%.Reed the total removal rate was 88%;the total removal rate of cattail was 85.9%;the total removal rate of cress peltatum 75.8%;lotus total removal rate was 55.8%.(5)Study on Planning of Experimental Results in Yongniwa Wetland,It turns out:According to the decontamination law of the pilot constructed wetland,the planning scheme not only enables the wetland to maintain stable operation conditions,but also enables the treatment of the polluted Fuyang River to bring the key effluent index close to Category IV(The reference standard is the<pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment sites>(standard number:GB18918-2002)).The daily treatment of the system under normal operation conditions:1.13 ten thousand m~3,exceeding the expected target of 1ten thousandm~3/d. |
