| Spunlace is a new technology applied to bond nonwoven materials.The products give a soft feeling,with high strength,good drape and good penneability without adding any chemical adhesive.They are widely used in medical and health materials,synthetic leather substrates,house ornament and other fields.The spun-laced materials are very various.They have excellent performance and can be widely used in so many fields.Because of these properties,the materials are in great demand on the market and the development space is huge.Zhejiang Hezhong Nonwoven Company introduced project of high speed spun-laced production line producing polyester/viscose blended nonwovens.This thesis is based on the project which is combined with the actual business needs and makes an engineering design of the spun-laced production line whose annual output is 8000 tons.The main content of this thesis can be divided into two main parts.The first part is about the production line project including with a market research.It analyzes the domestic and international development situation,market demands and development space of spun-laced nonwovens.According to the research,we made a product scheme of engineering design project and the scale of the project.Secondly we design the process of the production line and choose the type of the equipment.According to market development and enterprise situation,the processing way and equipment was selected.Thirdly,we designed the plant and the public works.We should make sure that the space of work shop was rational used.We should optimize the public works including power engineering,water engineering,gas engineering,oil engineering and air conditioning systems.The fourth,we installed the line and debugged it.The fifth,when the products were coming out of the line,we tested them to make sure they all meet the acceptance criteria.The second part of this thesis is about the process,including two types of drying system of spun-laced production line.The thesis compares the production cost and the environmental cost of both types.When the production line is put into production,a problem was found.The dryness of the surface of the products coming from the dryer is not same.The thesis put the actual measurements and simulations together to find the reason why the dryness is uneven.Then it proposed an improvement to make the dryness relatively even.This thesis has certain guiding significance for the future design,installation,commissioning of spun-laced production line and the selection of the dirying system. |
