A Study On The Development Of Tea Culture In Enan Yang Loudong Area

China is the hometown of tea and the birthplace of tea culture. Tea culture is the cultural and social phenomenon which was formed in the process of the tea cultivation,processing and drinking. People in the Enan Yangloudong area, combined the modern Chinese tea development with the advantages of the local tea industry, and gradually accumulated the unique characteristics of local tea culture. Through the Sino-Russia Tea Road,this tea culture was spread to the far reaches of Mongolia, Russia and other places,thus, the local tea and input have been greatly influenced, which promoted the rural modernization, and the custom of drinking tea in the tea input places, "Should not be drinking tea a day without tea". Today, the local tea culture is still full of vitality, which has become an indispensable cultural resources to the development of tea industry.Therefore, the omni-directional research of Yangloudong area's tea culture development and the dynamic analysis of the generation, development, communication,influence and revival of the local tea culture, will play an important theoretical significance in enriching the understanding the essence of tea culture and the further study of Chinese tea culture. With the proposal of "The Belt and Road" national development strategy and the application for the list of world heritage "The Tea Road",one of the miles tea starting point,Yangloudong area's historical position has been affirmed, and the historical significance in spreading the tea culture has been recognized too. Under this background, the further research of Yangloudong's tea culture development will has an important practical meaning in effectively excavating the brick tea culture resources and promoting the local economics.Based on the extensive collection of documentary literature and field researches,this paper regards Yangloudong as the research object, makes a deep research on the development of Yangloudong's tea industry,the content of tea culture,the external spread and influence of tea culture and the inheritance and revival of the contemporary tea culture by combining the relative theory and the known research achievements of history,tea study and culturology.
