Stability Study Of Nitrocellulose For Coatings

Nitrocellulose contains many impurities of poor chemical stability,which directly affect the safe use of nitrocellulose.If you remove most of the unsteady impurities from the nitrocellulose,the nitrocellulose is slowly decomposed at room temperature,nitrocellulose is in a stable condition and can be stored for a long time,which can reduce the occurrence of accidents.In this paper,the separation of impurities in the nitrocellulose coating is studied.The separation method selection and separation condition optimization were carried out in the case of the stability satisfaction requirement.The reason of the impurity and impurities in the coating used in nitrocellulose,and reference the stability process of nitrocellulose for gunpowder,design the stability process of nitrocellulose for coatings.the process conditions of various processes are carried out,the optimized process conditions of each process are put forward,and the whole process verification work is carried out.The results show that the proposed stability process meets the stability requirement of nitrocellulose products.Stability of nitrocellulose products after processing viscosity in the problem of the technical indicators,puts forward the stability of process improvement plan,will pressure boiling wash process instead of two pressure washing.In this paper,the process condition of double pressure cooking process was carried out,the optimized process conditions were put foiward,and the whole process verification was carried out.The results show that the proposed stability treatment scheme satisfies the requirements of the stability and viscosity of nitrocellulose.From the energy saving point of view,the analysis of the stability processing process,the stability of process improvement scheme is put forward,will wash-a pressurized boiling wash-cooling water drainage-secondary pressure washing instead of pickling-wash-a pressurized boiling wash-secondary pressure washing.The process conditions of the process are investigated,the process conditions of optimization are put forward,and the whole process verification work is carried out.The results show that the proposed stability treatment plan is to save water and water.In order to improve the stable treatment process of the coating with the different viscosity number,according to the different characteristics of high viscosity and low viscosity products,the process process is optimized to meet the actual production requirements.
