| This paper studied the indigo directly oxidated by ozone gas; the factors of denim ozone washing and the optimum washing craft; the contrast between ozone washing process and traditional washing process as well as trying to improve the ozone washing process. The result were shown below:This paper studied the indigo directly oxidated by ozone gas, results showing: when ozone flowing rate increasing, the total time required for decolorization of indigo significantly reduced, but when ozone reaches saturation in aqueous solution, oxidation rate not increased along with increasing gas flow. So when ozone oxidation occurred, we should choose the right traffic to improve the utilization of ozone. Ozonation oxidation of indigo molecules first oxidative damaged dye chromophore group and mad it discoloration. The alkaline environment was more conducive to ozone oxidation.This paper studied the factor affecting the ozone washingt: rotatable manner of washing equipment, washing time, washing power and washing speed. The result showed: rotary manner on K/S values and ventilation rate of denim fabric small. When ozone washing was more than 30 min, denim fabric proned to "yellow" phenomenon. When washing time was6 min, and power 60-70%, and the speed was 9-12r/min, the K/S values of denim fabric were maximum value.When comparied ozone washing and other traditional washing process, the result: the coating in fiber of paint denim fabric after seven washing process had varied degrees of change, after the manganese and oxygen bleaching bleaching, fiber surface coating film-forming substance had occurred more serious damage. Oxygen bleaching, manganese bleaching faded better, while after ozone and ultraviolet light washing, the fiber surface was yellowing and color became darker. The biggest change in color after manganese bleaching of denim fabric almost lost most of the mechanical properties. After washing, its anti-pilling resistance balloons had declined, the denim after P washing, enzyme bleaching, ozonebleaching, UV bleaching owning good abrasion resistance, the denim after oxygen bleach,chlorine bleach having slight pilling phenomenon during 2500-3000 revolution and the most serious wass manganese bleaching, at 900 rpm already serious fluff balloon phenomenon.Experimental results showed that the fading of ozone washing alonewas limited, then trying to improve it. Ozone and caustic water, the K/S value change rate of denim fabric after washing was litter, so it did not significantly improve the treatment effect of ozone washing.The K/S value change rate of denim after ozone and hydrogen peroxide washing was bigger,so the ozone + hydrogen peroxide washing effect was synergistic obvious. After washing with Ozone and titanium dioxide, the K/S value change rate of denim fabric was the biggest.Therefore, ozone washing effect in catalytic titanium dioxide was the most obvious. |
