| With the rapid development of economy and the rapid expansion of cities,a series of environmental problems have been brought into the world.The government and more and more people pay close attention to environmental protection issues.The state has promulgated a number of laws to regulate environmental problems.In addition,with the continuous improvement of geographic information system theory and technological innovation,ecological problems need to be solved urgently.It is urgent to apply geographic information system to the study of ecological environment.In the study of ecological sensitivity evaluation in Luoyang city,it defines the related concepts of ecological zoning,ecological sensitivity and ecological sensitivity evaluation,and it puts forward the relevant theoretical basis of sustainable development,environmental planning,ecology and systemic view.Taking Luoyang as an example,in the evaluation of regional ecological sensitivity,the theory and method of geographic information system were applied to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor operability in past evaluation.The indicators of ecological sensitivity evaluation were based on the township(town,subdistrict offices)in Luoyang.The expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the weights of evaluation factors,and the evaluation factors were screened.According to the principle of dominant factor,the system of ecological sensitivity evaluation was established.The evaluation system of ecological sensitivity in Luoyang is divided into three levels:3 first level indexes,6 two level indexes,13 three level indexes.The data were collected and interpreted by RS,and the population data and economic data were obtained by expert consultation,field investigation and reference to related documents.Using the spatial analysis function of geographic information system software the large amount of data collected is collated and calculated.The specific results of ecological sensitivity assessment in Luoyang were obtained.Luoyang was divided into 5 sensitive areas,which were extreme sens-itive area,highly sensitive area,moderately sensitive area,sensitive area and insensitive area.Luoyang City area moderate sensitive areas are mainly distributed in the plains of central and Eastern and other low-lying Luoyang City,including Yiyang County,Mengjin county and other regions,the total area of 6960km~2,accounting for Luoyang city 45.79%.Luoyang city extremely sensitive area the area occupied by the second,mainly distributed in Luoyang city of the South and southwest,higher in Hilly and mountainous areas,including the Songxian area,Luanchuan County,the area is 4334km~2,accounting for 28.51%of the total area of Luoyang city.Highly sensitive areas are mainly distributed in the southern and western parts of Luoyang,mainly including parts of Luoning county and Luanchuan County,with an area of 2064.16km~2,accounting for 13.58%of the total area of Luoyang.In addition,the more sensitive areas and the less sensitive areas in Luoyang are mainly located in Luoyang,Xin'an County,Mengjin and other places.The total area of the two parts is 1842.24km~2,accounting for 12.12%of the total area of Luoyang.Overall,Luoyang city ecological sensitivity to higher levels of government departments should strengthen supervision of environmental protection,the ecological sensitive area,according to local conditions to develop the ecological sensitivity evaluation and corresponding to the results of environmental pollution control and environmental management plan.In conclusion,ecological sensitivity assessment provides a direction for further economic development of the country and provides reference data for other government programs to provide standards for corporate pollution reduction. |
