Research On The Integration Of M&A About Security Evaluation Industry In China

The M&A theory was started in Occident in the 1960 s,the initial research phase was the two stages including preparation before merger and acquisition and merger talks,the merger integration research as the third stage of merger and acquisition activity was blocked closely by experts and scholars in the 1980 s.The development of our country’s safety evaluation industry is very uneven at present,which is a great destabilizing factor for the development of the safety evaluation industry.In addition,the scale of enterprises safety evaluation of the relatively small with the distribution of the geographical dispersion in our country,so which is the demand for a safety assessment of all kinds enterprise,failed to meet its needs,this is the current of the present situation,which need to be solved through M&A integration of market resources.It can carry out the M&A market consolidation behavior to increase the value of the enterprise itself,making the enterprise can further greatly ascend in such aspects as technology,equipment,personnel,and being better service to the need of all kinds enterprise safety production in our country at the same time.It should be pointed out that the enterprise merger integration involves lots of content and links,the analysis of the research mainly uses three research methods in this paper,,that is,literature analysis,logic analysis and case study method,through collecting a large number of literature,which including the core of literature,literature view of high level,in order to analyzing,interpreting,logical deduction and induction summary study providing a systematic theoretical support in this article,on the basis of existing data collection,our country safety evaluation class is one of the important research methods in this subject,the "F" quantitative analysis of the m&a integration of the research is used this method..In short,this article is on the basis of m&a theory in detail,combining with our country industry security evaluation class enterprise M&A case analysis,focusing on analyzing the organization structure of safety assessment industry class enterprise integration,culture integration,financial integration and human resource integration,putting forward the integration after enterprise m&a risk and prevention countermeasures.The innovation point of this article is the safety evaluation industry in our country such as the research object,the merger case of M&A integration,in order to the safety assessment institutions for M&A integration provide operational advice,this is a feature of the research enterprise merger and acquisition,is also a kind of new try,this whether in safety assessment industry or in the field of economics is meaningful.
