With the gradual enhancement of environmental awareness,paper packaging to replace the plastic packaging industry has become the inevitable trend of future development.Depending on its high strength,good toughness and the advantage of saving materials,paper yarn composite bag gradually becomes the mainstream of paper bags.Promoting the use of paper and yarn compounding bag has a long-term significance in terms of easing the world "white pollution" problem.However,in the case of our country,the existing bottom-pasting machine usually have some problems,such as poor coordination of the movement,the processing position is not accurate and so on,thus resulting in the production of paper bag damage rate is high,the actual production efficiency is low and other issues.,This thesis designs the structure and optimizes the program of the bottom-pasting part in the paper and yarn compounding bag production line in view of this problem.In this thesis,optimizing program design of the key mechanisms in the bottom-pasting device is firstly done,and a set of superior design scheme is finally determined through the comparison of different schemes and analyses.And then,the structure of the incision mechanism,indentation mechanism and the correction mechanism is designed.In order to improve the coordination of motion between every part and reduce the difficulty of control,this thesis combines the incision mechanism and indentation mechanism into a common device,which shares a motor drive.According to the theoretical calculation and optimization program of MATLAB,the key components of incision and indentation device and installation locations are designed so that the device structure is compact on the premise that the movement meets the production requirements.In order to solve the problem of deviation in the process of paper bags conveyance,this thesis adds correcting mechanism to make the position of the paper bag right before entering the processing station.This part is mainly designed for the contour of the correction wheel.Using of “Archimedes spiral” to ensure the stability of the bag's velocity during the correction process by,and a radius of arc behind the spirals added so that the paper bag can maintain the corrective effect until it enters the next station.Finally,this thesis analyzes the motion of designed structure to verify whether it meets the movement requirements of processing by combining the theoretical analysis and motion simulation.Through the design of the cam profile,position of the press roller and calculation of transmission gear parameters in the design of the incision and indentation device so that the entire incision and indentation station are more compact and the motive coordination of the two is better and control is easier.This solves a problem that the follow-up process cannot be smoothly implemented because that the positional relationship of incision and indentation is not accurate,and the structure of incision and indentation is more compact.Joining the correction mechanism before the key processing station solves the problem of deviation of the processing position of the paper bag due to the inaccurate delivery position and improves the processing quality.At the end of this thesis,the motion analysis and simulation of the designed body show that the results are in good agreement with the expected results before the design,and the movement satisfies the production requirements.In this thesis,the motive coordination of mechanism and the accuracy of the machining position are improved through the comparison and determination of the design of the key institutions,as well as the structural design of the incision,indentation device and correcting mechanism.The structure of the incision and indentation is more compact,and processing quality and processing efficiency have been improved.
