| The indane derivatives are majorly found in many natural products and have important application value,Thus the synthesis of indane derivatives is favored by the majority of organic synthesis workers.In recent years,the synthesis of indane derivatives has been extensively studied.We have achieved two methods of synthesizing indane derivatives in this paper.This dissertation is divided into three parts:The first part mainly reviews the application of indane derivatives in medicine,materials,biology and catalyst carrier,and describes two synthetic methods of indane derivatives: intramolecular cyclization reaction and intermolecular cycloaddition reaction.In the second part,the synthesis of indene derivatives using benzyl alcohol and olefins(alkynes)as substrates and indium trichloride as catalyst by intermolecular [3 + 2] reaction is described.The conditions for the reaction of the template were screened.A lot of exploration of the universality of the substrate have been done,and more than 30 kinds of indane derivatives were compound.And the mechanism of the reaction was studied detailly,and it was found that the process of this reaction was a process of carbon cationic intermediates.In the third part,the intramolecular cyclization of indane derivatives catalyzed by o-alkenobenzaldehyde under the catalytic actions of FeCl3 was discussed.The template reaction of the method was screened,the universality of the substrate had been extensively studied. |
