This work was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China[grant numbers 31360397],the National International Scientific and Technological Cooperation Project[grant numbers 2015DFR30680,ky201401002]and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region special project. This study determined and analyzed the physical and chemical properties of camel fat and the application of camel fat in ointment preparations. The optimum formulation and preparation conditions of camel fat ointment were determined by sensory evaluation and stability test. The safety and efficacy of the ointment were ensured by the quality of the finished product. Objective:In order to provide a basis for further study on the low sensitization of camel milk, the allergenicity of several milk samples(camel milk, milk and human milk)to mice was studied.Method:Sixty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into β-lactoglobulin group(positive control group),milk group, camel milk group, human milk group and normal control group. Each group of mice received 1 mg/g body weight of the samples together with 0.3 μg/g of the cholera toxin(CT).Control mice received PBS and CT.Seven days later the same treatment was repeated. After five weeks of intragastric administration, the serum specific immunoglobulin E(IgE)and IgGl levels, plasma histamine levels and vascular permeability were detected, meanwhile the pathological changes such as lungs was observed. The results showed that the serum-specific IgE and IgGl levels of β-lg and milk groups were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the histamine level and the vascular permeability increased, and the allergy symptoms were obvious. While the histamine level, the specific IgE and IgGl levels of milk group were significantly higher than camel and human milk group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between camel milk group and human milk group(P>0.05),and the allergy symptoms were mild.Histopathological results showed that, compared with the blank group, camel and human milk group almost no inflammatory cell infiltration and mast cell degranulation, the milk group can be seen little above phenomena and β-lg group of mice was more serious. Our studies showed that the sensitization of camel milk and human milk are significantly lower than milk.
