Effects of the rolling tire structure heat performance,tire temperature field analysis and structural deformation analysis of interconnected,temperature distribution changes of tire anti-skid performance,deceleration,acceleration and steering performance.At the same time,the change of the operating condition of the tire on the thermal properties of tire.Based on the interpretation of the American automobile engineers association issued the engineering mechanical tire testing standard,the testing conditions and equipment requirements for the TKPH testing program of the engineering machinery tyre are put forward.Analysis of influence factors of test in the process of tire pressure,environment temperature,test cycle,drilling hole position,rolling steady-state temperature judgment standard,the testing speed of test conditions,such as preliminary protocol testing methods,and operation processes.Through the preliminary draft test program to carry out the tire product actual test data,compare the common products and other brand products in the heat performance differences.The results of the same specification and impact test analysis formula of different tread formula of OTR tire heat.
