In this thesis,fluorinated monomer assisted with organic silicon monomer was added to modify poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)via polycondensation.The crystallization property,thermal stability and hydrophobic property were studied.The work of this thesis is mainly divided into three parts as follows:1.The fluorine containing poly(ethylene terephthalate)(FPETs)were prepared by adding 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoro-1,6-hexanediol(OFHD).The crystallization was not changed obviously by the result of DSC test,but the thermal stability of TG was lightly decreased.By elemental analysis,the fluorine content on the glass-side was zero while on the air-side increased.Under the AFM test,the surface roughness of the film decreases and the convex structure increases.The contact angle test showed that the static water contact angle increased from 76.56° to 116.23°.The results showed that the fluorine groups migrated to the air-side surface and constructed a rough structure,which improved the hydrophobic properties of PET.2.The F&Si containing poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET-F-Sis)was made by adding OFHD and hydroxylterminated polysiloxane in copolymerization.With the addition of polysiloxane,the polycondensation time decreased sharply.The crystallinity in DSC test was not obviously affected.The stability of heat resistance in TG test was enhanced.The XPS test showed that the fluorine and silicon content on the air side of the film increased,the nano sharp bulges were arranged in the AFM,and the static water contact angle was increased to 134.77°.3.The SiO2 compunded F&Si modified polyester FSiPET-SiO2s was fabricated by using hydroxylterminated fluorinated polysiloxane and nano SiO2.DSC test results showed that the crystallization properties of polyester decreased with the addition of hydroxyl terminated fluorinated polysiloxane,but increased with the addition of SiO2.In the TG test,the thermal stability was improved.Under the AFM,the nano sharp protrusions on the air-side surface of the film were observed to be in a lamellar arrangement.The static water contact angle was increased to 125.69°.
