The Study On Clean Combustion Of Oily Sludge

Oily sludge is one of the main pollutants in the petrochemical industry,because of its high production capacity,complex composition,high treatment difficulty,improper discharge easily cause serious harm to the environment and human beings.Oily sludge also contains a large number of petroleum substance,nutritive element,a variety of fungi substances,which had very high application value.Therefore,harmless treatment and resource utilization for oily sludge was the core of the oil industry and environmental protection.Clean combustion technology of oil bearing sludge is the curing and incineration method.It made the sludge into coal briquette.This method not only can be completely harmful components of oily sludge decomposition,nd heat generated in the incinerating process effectively recycle.It was the most potential in the effectively way of dealing with oil sludge at home and abroad.The experiment was carried out on burning of briquette coal which was made by different proportion of oily sludge treated by modulation as well as residue treated by pyrolyzation and coal.The results always indicated that the optimal additive amount of oily sludge treated by modulation and residue suited to clean burning were respectively 32 percent and 16 percent,calorific value being directly more than 19936.14kJ/kg and 23482.82kJ/kg.The experiment added briquette coal of 32 percent to 1.4 percent CaO(the mass ratio of Ca and S is 2/1)and different concentration Fe2O3.The highest concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions in flue gas from the first 70 mg/m3 reduced to 40 mg/m3.Coal desulfurization rate can reach 95.23%.At the same time,this paper studied the biomass type and amount on the effects of combustion performance of sludge briquette.The results showed that briquette coal of 32 percent added to walnut shell,apricot shell and cottonseed shell finished combustion experiment.Through comparing the sludge briquette combustion performance,combustion performance of the sludge briquette added to walnut shell is the best.With the increase of the biomass amount,burning rate and the furnace temperature showed a regular increase.15% walnut shell sludge briquette combustion performance and forming effect of residue were the best.To choose the optimal biomass briquette made industrial briquette + particle to combustion performance analysis.We found that the temperature was 712 degrees centigrade,the burning rate was 3-4 times of civil honeycomb briquette,forming effect of residue was good.
