This technology mainly mixes coal with oily sludge and straw to produce briquette for combustion and gas making. This technology make the best use of oil sludge heat value and realize innocent treatment, which means the environment problem and waste utilization are solved at the same time.This technology firstly appends 1-2% dispersant to cut down the viscosity of oily sludge from 7000mPa·s to 1000mPa·s. It can cut down oily viscosity sludge and make oily sludge floating, this avoid difficulty addition of oily sludge and choke the equipment. Then mix the oily sludge with coal to produce briquette. This technology makes use of the intrinsic viscosity instead of the briquette additive. Adding the 1% curing agent during produce briquette can enhance the ratio of briquetting and compression strength, it also decreases the sulfuret after combustion.The forming rate and three days resistance of straw briquette and gas briquette which produced by this technology can reach to 95% and 1.2MPa. The gas rate of gas oily briquette increase of 1.5-2 times.
