Steel plastic composite duct tape pressure plugging technology is a new type of steel skeleton plastic composite pipe maintenance technology,with the features of easy operation,maintenance efficiency higher technical characteristics.However,in the field use,technology researchers found that there still exists certain blindness to determine the pressure safety construction.Pressure safety construction as the core issue of the technology,the key to the success of is related to the construction work.For the rapid and accurate determination of the online leak sealing safety construction pressure,this article USES the scene experiment combined with ANSYS finite element simulation,of steel skeleton plastic composite duct tape study pressure of plugging technology of safety construction,in order to get better at the scene the technology popularization and application.In this paper,on the basis of literature research and field investigation,design and puts forward the steel skeleton plastic composite duct tape pressure plugging indoor experiment scheme,the data collected through the experiment,combined with the corresponding mechanics formula calculation results,as the basis of finite element model validation.While fully considering the structural characteristics and mechanical properties of steel framed hdpe pipe,on the basis of choosing solid186 structural unit of steel skeleton plastic composite duct tape pressure plugging finite element model is established,and using the elastic failure criterion as the failure judgment basis,through the analysis of rational calculation process,on with the experiment conditions of online leak sealing pressure simulated safety construction.Through compare and determine the final updated finite element model,and based on this research flaws size,wall thickness,distance from glue tank pressure,the influence of three factors on the safety construction of concrete by respectively on the rectangular and circular under different conditions of steel framed hdpe pipe online leak sealing pressure for safety construction simulation calculation,and the multi-factor analysis of uniform design method.Comprehensive experimental results and finite element analysis results,come to a conclusion:(1)the inside and outside the PE layer of the steel wire layer in the middle of the three-layer cylinder equivalent modeling method combined with elastic failure criterion can better simulate the online leak sealing condition of steel framed hdpe pipe.(2)of pipe wall thickness,the size of the defect and defect from injecting slot distance have a certain relationship with the online leak sealing pressure safety construction,and the wall thickness and defect distance away from the glue tank for safe construction pressure is greater than the influence of the defect size.(3)under the same condition,parameters,including rectangular defects of steel skeleton plastic composite pipe injection agent under pressure ability than contain circular defects of pipeline pressure ability is poor.(4)to formula fitting of multi-factor simulation results,the defects including rectangular and circular pipe pressure on empirical formula and the safety of the construction.
