| With the reduction of natural gas production,gas flow rate decreased,resulting in wellbore effluent,natural gas production decreased.Gas in the gas wells need more than a minimum speed,if below the critical speed,then a lot of water will accumulate in the wellbore,resulting in gas production decline or even stop production.Through the development of suitable for the gas field of foam drainage agent,and from the process to focus on exploring the bubble row process,so as to meet the development needs of gas fields.While the solution changes the liquid multiphase flow region to increase the corrosion rate.The addition of surfactant foaming can change the flow area to increase natural gas production and can reduce corrosion caused by CO2 and H2S.Based on previous research,a dynamic foam experiment device was established.Foam dynamic experiment was carried out using foaming agent N3288,PBTO and J201.The screening for physical properties of foaming agents have different methods in the industry,but there is no systematic research and comparison of these methods and physical properties.In this paper,dynamic foam test,the different temperature,salinity,different proportions of condensate content of salt solution in different foaming agent to carry the liquid carrying capacity test.The physical and chemical properties of the foaming agent are measured,including the relationship between the surface tension,the density,the viscosity and the liquid delivery,and the quantitative relationship model is established,preferably the blowing agent.The effect of corrosion inhibitor on the corrosion of foam was studied by dynamic foam test.The effects of foaming agent on corrosion resistance of corrosion inhibitor were tested by electrochemical and weight loss.Through the above experiment with a corrosion inhibition,a multi-purpose foamer was obtained. |
