Study On Horizontal Well Completion And Matching Technology In North China S75 Region

Horizontal well completion technology is directly related to the production capacity and service life of horizontal well.The well completion ways to affect the production of oil and gas wells and the size of the long-term stable and high yield,if the choice is undeserved,will cause serious pollution and damage to the reservoir,leading to completion of oil and gas production capacity or not significantly reduced,increase later measures cost.To cause great losses to the oil and gas exploration and development.At present,open hole,sieve tube and casing perforation are the main methods for completion of horizontal well completion in HB oilfield.In the early stage of horizontal well development,due to the lack of experience,some horizontal wells did not optimize well completion methods,process parameters and process string according to the characteristics of reservoirs,which resulted in low oil production and rapid increase of water cut and difficult measures in later stage.With the further development of oilfield development,complex oil and gas reservoir development and complex structure horizontal wells are increasing,and higher requirements for its completion technology are also put forward.This project carried out research on horizontal well completion technology in different types of reservoirs,through the combination of rock characteristics,reservoir characteristics,reservoir optimization indexes of 10 related parameters and analysis hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics,and optimization of horizontal well completion method optimization of new technology parameters and application of new technology,so as to delay the horizontal edge and bottom water coning,improve the level of well production purposes.The results show that the research on practical problems of the development of oilfield.In the process of further in-depth study on horizontal well completion technology,put forward the corresponding measures from the completion of engineering point of view,basedon continuous improvement and optimization of the existing horizontal well completion technology,well completion technology and methods of exploration and application at home and abroad,according to the different the types of oil and gas reservoirs(sandstone,limestone,SLG gas reservoir)the geological characteristics,completion of new technology and method(completion method research,completion string research,completion parameters optimization design of horizontal well and reservoir protection)oil,thus forming a set of suitable for different types of reservoirs in HB oilfield,horizontal well completion technology,provide a new method for the further improvement of the complex fault block reservoir and low permeability reservoir development effect.
