| Greenhouse effects and global warming are the focus of current energy and environmental issues,and CO2 reductions are gaining high attention.The technology of carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS)is used to achieve the storage of CO2,at the same time,by using the CO2,a certain economic benefits can be produced of the technology has been vigorously developed.CCUS in China started late,in some areas of technology is not mature enough.In the aspect of liquefaction technology,although the liquefaction technology of CO2 in our country has been greatly developed,there are some defects in the corresponding application technology,such as high performance and high energy consumption.In terms of CO2 pipeline transportation in China,CO2 pipeline transportation technology is used to refer to the experience of oil and gas pipeline transportation to a great extent,and the physical properties of oil,natural gas and CO2 have great different.Due to the diversity and complexity of storage scheme,CO2 storage technology is not yet mature in China.Based on the research of domestic and international CO2 liquefaction,transportation,storage and research progress of related process,The simulation software HYSYS is used to analyze the difference of physical properties between CO2 and natural gas.The results show that the density,viscosity and heat capacity of natural gas are stable with the change of temperature and pressure,while the CO2 will change.In the aspect of CO2 liquefaction,the advantages of two liquefaction modes of low temperature low pressure liquefaction and room temperature high pressure liquefaction are compared.On the basis of these process,the process is improved,which is economical,energy saving,safe and suitable for dense phase transportation.In the aspect of pipeline transportation,the influence of relevant factors on gas CO2 transportation,general liquid transportation,dense phase transportation and supercritical transportation were analyzed,which provided some suggestions for CO2 pipeline transportation.In the aspect of CO2 storage,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different storage methods,to provide some advice for the development of CO2 storage in China. |
