The capture and utilization of carbon dioxide is the theme of the future carbon neutralization era.In order to cope with the common challenge of global climate deterioration caused by excessive emission of greenhouse gas CO2 and affecting human living environment,the global academic and business circles have jointly and ambitiously launched the "carbon neutralization" plan based on CCUS(carbon capture,utilization and sequencing)technology.CCUS refers to the capture,transportation,utilization and storage technology of carbon dioxide.In the process of theoretical research and practice of CCUS technology,the possibility of CO2 leakage in storage environment must be considered.In order to prevent and prevent the occurrence of CO2 leakage safety accidents in CCUS storage environment,scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive theoretical research,but the research in the field of CO2 leakage monitoring in CCUS storage environment is lack of systematic integration and systematic construction.In view of the above problems,based on the experimental project of the whole process of CCUS oil displacement and production assistance of Yanchang Petroleum Company,and combined with the previous research results of CO2 leakage monitoring in CCUS storage environment,this paper preliminarily formulates the modular design scheme of the integrated monitoring well device of formation surface atmosphere;Aiming at the problems of interference and redundancy in the analysis and processing of CO2 leakage monitoring data,an improved Kalman filter single sensor data fusion algorithm is proposed,which is applied to the processing of CO2 leakage monitoring data in CCUS storage environment;According to the needs of the application verification of the improved algorithm on the measured data,the independent design and construction of the small-scale CCUS storage CO2 leakage test platform and the acquisition of CO2 leakage monitoring data are completed,and the feasibility of the application of the improved algorithm in the field of fusion processing of CCUS storage CO2 leakage monitoring data is verified.The main research work,achievements and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Literature review of CO2 leakage monitoring and data fusion algorithm in CCUS storage environment based on basic researchFrom the research content of this subject,more than 115 documents and materials have been consulted in many fields involved in the research of CCUS storage environment CO2 leakage monitoring and data fusion algorithm,the general situation of the whole process pilot project of CCUS oil displacement and production assistance of Yanchang Petroleum Company has been investigated,the impact of storage environment CO2 leakage on storage environment has been analyzed,and the common CCUS storage environment CO2 leakage monitoring methods and the latest relevant research results at home and abroad have been summarized,The research review of CO2 leakage monitoring and data fusion algorithm in CCUS storage environment is completed.2.Scheme design of integrated CO2 leakage monitoring well device for CCUS storage environment based on ModularizationAccording to the monitoring needs of leakage impact under CCUS storage environment(groundwater,soil layer,atmosphere and other scenes),combined with the results of literature research and summary,and integrating a variety of environmental monitoring technologies,a modular overall design scheme framework of integrated stratum surface atmosphere monitoring well device of CO2 monitoring node under CCUS storage environment is constructed.This framework divides the whole monitoring well device into core controller module,power supply module There are 7 sub modules,including data communication module,meteorological factor monitoring module,atmospheric CO2 leakage monitoring device module,surface soil layer CO2 leakage impact monitoring module and shallow groundwater CO2 leakage impact monitoring module.According to the actual selection of application scenarios,the necessary modules are selected for combined use.After calculation,there are up to 15 schemes,Through the case analysis of layered design of modular logging monitoring device,the innovation and feasibility of the design are proved.3.Research on data fusion algorithm of CO2 leakage monitoring in CCUS storage environment based on Improved Kalman filterAiming at the problems of interference and data redundancy in CO2 leakage monitoring data fusion processing of CCUS storage environment under ultra long time scale,the preliminary application of CO2 leakage monitoring data fusion is carried out based on the theoretical research of Kalman filter algorithm.It is found that redundant data and error data will seriously affect the data fusion processing effect of Kalman filter algorithm,Then,it is pre processed in the monitoring time series to reduce error interference and data redundancy.A single sensor data fusion algorithm based on time improved Kalman filter is proposed;Three simulation experiments on the performance of the improved algorithm are carried out.The results show that there is a negative correlation between the signal-to-noise ratio of the data to be fused and the value of the improved preprocessing length.When the signal-to-noise ratio SNR is 15dB,the preprocessing length n of the improved algorithm is taken as 1 to 15.The change trend of the selected evaluation function of the preprocessing length N in the process of selecting the evaluation function generally presents a convex distribution that increases first and then decreases,In this distribution,there is the optimal value of the selected evaluation function,the corresponding n is 5,and the preprocessing length n takes 5.When the whole optimal value is taken,the fusion processing result(a posteriori estimation)of the improved Kalman filter is the closest to the "ideal truth value".To sum up,the simulation results show that compared with the classical Kalman filter algorithm,the improved algorithm has greatly improved the filtering performance of data fusion and is scientific.4.Verification of monitoring data fusion algorithm based on small-scale CCUS storage CO2 leakage testAccording to the needs of algorithm performance experimental verification,a test platform is designed and built to obtain the measured data of leakage test,and two simulation experiments are carried out on the performance verification experiment of CO2 leakage monitoring data fusion algorithm.The results show that the improved algorithm has the best preprocessing effect when the length value of time series preprocessing period n is between 1 and 40,and the filtering effect of N-18 is improved compared with other values of n,Compared with n=1(classical Kalman filter algorithm),the signal-tonoise ratio is improved by 51.8%.To sum up,the experimental verification results show that the improved single sensor data fusion effect is improved compared with the data fusion effect of the traditional algorithm.The conclusion is consistent with the simulation experimental results,which proves that the improved algorithm is feasible and scientific.The working experience and corresponding results and conclusions of the above research can provide theoretical support and practical experience reference for the improvement of the subsequent CO2 leakage monitoring system of CCUS storage environment,including data reference,monitoring device scheme
