With the continuous development of China's economy,the steady advance of smart grid construction,distribution network planning and construction has been paid more and more attention,the distribution network is directly connected with the user,the level of construction directly affect power users,the quality of electricity,but also energy-saving saving key.Microcomputer-based Protection System is a critical component of modern substation secondary system,and it is also the foundation and prerequisite of substation integrated automatization.35 kV substation is the main force of colliery power supply,which occupies an important position in the mine grid.The power supply reliability of colliery which has been known as the first-rate load is paramount important to safety of production.More to the point,with the upgrading of enormous old substations and operating of some new,microcomputer-based protection system is widely used in colliery substation with 35 kV.Thus,strengthening the research of microcomputer-based protection system and its application in colliery substation is of great significance,not only in principal but practical,to the safety,reliability and economic operation of colliery power system.This paper summarizes the geological and meteorological conditions of the coal mine in the Ping tou Ling,and analyzes the geographical constraints that need to be paid attention to in the design of the substation.At the same time,according to the load data of various equipment in coal mine,the load capacity of the high and low pressure in the coal mine is predicted.Load calculation and short circuit calculation based on the load data and system wiring scheme of Ping tou Ling mining area.In order to ensure the function of each module of substation protection system,this paper analyzes the basic structure of microcomputer protection system,and studies the software and hardware and algorithm of microcomputer protection.In combination with the actual situation of the mining area,the relay protection scheme of main equipment in substation is designed,and the setting value is determined and checked.Study of substation integrated automation system station control layer,spacer layer,process layer of the structure,characteristics,and for each layer characteristics and requirements of the given station control layer,spacer layer,process layer network configuration scheme and comprehensive automatic configuration principle.Through engineering examples,for middle and low voltage power distribution substation digitization and automation construction and transformation provides reference ideas,conducts the research to the related theories and advanced technologies,for at the end of the distribution network to make the first exploration and research.
