| Nowadays, many oil refining production companies continually expand the scale of production because their self-development needs. The factory has a large number of plants, a huge power consumption and dispersed substation. It brought difficulties for substation maintenance, the safety and reliability of power supply is low. So how to connect the electrical equipments, substation and central control room into a whole system, improve the electricity safety and reliability and further improve the production of the plant which is an issue that the oil refining design institute and production company continuously explore in recent years.This article describes the hydrogen plant 10 kV substation automation design and application of Lanzhou petrochemical company. Draw the primary-system diagram and design the model of main electrical equipments in substation via introducing the general situation of power supply and distribution in hydrogen plant. Propose the related automation functions and configuration according to the operation characteristics and 10 kV substation location in grid.It promotes some questions like main microcomputer relay protection calculation, the automatic switching logic which incoming line and bus coupler of 10 kV switchgear, the communication network topology model establishment, especially optimize the design which the human-machine interface of SCADA system and shows the solutions in this article.Via the hydrogen plant 10 kV substation has been put into application, it shows that the10 kV substation automation design and application has distinctive features and higher degree of automation in this article. The 10 kV substation automation system can ensure the hydrogen plant running reliably and provide reference for future enterprise new plant. |
