Fluorescent probes have good selectivity,high sensitivity,short response time etc.,it has been widely used in the field of biological imaging,disease diagnosis,molecular recognition and luminescent materials.So far,the design and synthesis of various probes based on different fluorophores?xanthene,Coumarin,BODIPY et al.?to detect biologically relevant cationic,anionic and small organic molecules have been widely reported.In this paper,we mainly designed and synthesized two Phenanthroimidazole-based fluorescent probes?L1-L2?,two Coumarin-based fluorescent probes?L3-L4?,a xanthene-based fluorescent probe?L5?.The structure of target compounds?L1-L5?have been characterized and confirmed by 1H NMR,13 C NMR,HRMS.Compound L1 and L2 are Phenanthroimidazole-based probe for HSO3-,L1 can selectively recognize HSO3-in DMSO and water mixed system,L2 can selectively recognize HSO3-in ethanol and water mixed system;Compound L3 and L4 are Coumarin-based probe for HSO3-,which can selectively recognize HSO3-in DMSO and water mixed system;compound L5 is xanthene-based probe for biological thiols;which can selectively recognize biological thiols in water system..Compounds?L1?L5?were successfully applied to fluorescence imaging in MCF-7 cells,indicated that they had probable applications in biological systems.
