At present,the development of LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)industry in China has become more and more concerned,many cities off the coast of China have planning and recommendation of LNG Tank building projects.The construction and building of the first series of the generally capacity of the full containment LNG tanks in the receiving station are all depend on the foreign technology.Despite the foreign contractor providing the related construction guidline and procedure,there is limited understanding of how best to design the structure of the temporary support.So far,the mould of LNG tank deck framework fabrication work had to rely on accumulation of practical experience to determine the design plan.The security,stability and layout rationality of the temporary pillar system in the wide span dome structure of LNG tank deck are most important parts in the construction process simulation and analysis.The paper specific combined with the practical construction site of the temporary support structures for the 16×104 m3 LNG tank deck fabrication and installation work.Aiming to the most important temporary support structures design and optimize,which are the framework mould of the tank deck and three ringed temporary pillar,starts the research.All the works in the dissertation as follows:(1)The structure optimize of the mould of LNG tank deck framework through ANSYS software optimizing,which can make sure the structure of the fabricated mould becomes more secure,more economic for framework fabrication.(2)The three ringed temporary pillar system is designed on the baisis of the traditional method,adopted the ANSYS software to optimize the structure.This puts the optimum structure,ecomic value,with practical engineering applicated three temporary pillar systems. |
