Bromine is an important chemical material, the demand is increasing, the use of technology for low concentration of brine or seawater blow bromine is widely used in domestic and abroad. Because of the low concentration of brine or the low content of seawater bromine, the energy consumption and the consumption of raw materials is pretty large. Process parameters and precise control of low concentration brine blow bromine production is very important. This paper analyzes the mechanism of absorption of low concentration of brine process of blow in process of bromine pH acid oxidation process and desorption process. And specify the critical control points according to the experiments.This paper analyzes the importance of production from the brine acidification effect of Br2 and Cl2 equations and the equilibrium constants of hydrolysis factors etc. And by comparing the different effects on the extraction rate of acidification pH; chlorine adding ratio affects the pH of acid; introduces the application and comparison of the pH value of automatic control system in the production, and its influence on the stability of production and extraction rate were compared. Experimental results show that the best condition of acidification pH was 3.5, and prove that the control system can control the pH. And it is very accurate and stable. The low material consumption improves the extraction rate.The two aspects of the thermodynamics and kinetics of the oxidation reaction mechanism show that the acid effect on the reaction rate was more significant than chlorine. By using Henry's Law(Henry), the Arrhenius equation and Fant Hoff equation to analyze the influence of temperature, chlorine adding ratio on the reaction rate. Experimental results show that when the brine temperature of 25 ?is most beneficial to the oxidation, winter production to get better effect to increase the oxidation rate of adding chlorine, experiments show that the winter of 140 % in the control, the best condition in summer 110%~120 %.According to the desorption of brine temperature, the bromine content, gas-liquid ratio and absorbent dosage on the desorption and extraction rate influence. Analysis shows that the higher brine containing bromine content, the more favorable for the analytical results. For the low concentration of brine blowing bromide can improve the gas flow rate and increase the gas-liquid ratio to improve the rate of blowing out. The brine temperature is higher, the more favorable for desorption, desorption to achieve better effect, the lower the temperature required for liquid than larger. But too high temperature will cause the bromine hydrolysis, but the impact of desorption, desorption temperature at 25 ?, the most favorable.
