Study On Systems Analysis And Energy Saving And Emission Reduction Of UGI Gasification Technology

Coal gasification is the first procesdure of productive process of coal chemical industry.Development of coal chemical industry can’t do without coal gasification technology.With the emergence of new coal gasification technology,the original dominant UGI gasification technology be challenged.UGI gasification technology is limited from the policy of our country,and Application of new gasification technology is encouraged.Development of new gasification technology also makes the raw coal range was expanded.Jincheng Anthracite,as the main raw material of UGI gasification,shows some weaknesses to current new gasification technology because of its coal quality characters.In this paper,the theory and method of industrial engineering,system theory,etc.were used.On the basis of the literature review and combined with industry practice and specific business case,the process principle,problems,strengths and weaknesses,optimize transformation measures,energy-saving and emission-reduction of UGI gasification technology were analyzed and studied systematically.The technical level,energy consumption,waste emissions,investment,operating costs and other aspects of new coal gasification technology and the UGI gasification technology after optimal modification were compared and evaluated.Through this study,the level of energy-saving and emission-reduction of UGI gasification technology can be elevated.One-sided understanding of this technology can be converted.The advantage of UGI gasification technology using anthracite lump coal as raw material can be excavated.The competitiveness of the enterprise has been maintained.Some conclusion was gived from this study:(1)Though UGI gasification technology is a traditional gasification technology,after optimal modification its energy consumption is not high and there is no environmental defects that can’t be resolved.And high carbon emissions of UGI is a misunderstanding.(2)UGI gasification technology is the most suitable gasification technology for Jincheng anthracite lump coal.(3)In the long run,UGI gasification technology can still maintain a certain cost advantage with low investment and low financial costs.(4)Although there are some shortcomings of UGI gasification technology,such as high labor costs,small single furnace capacity etc..With advances in technology,these problems will gradually be resolved.
