In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial and agricultural industry,urban sewage and industrial and agricultural waste water increased rapidly year by year,resulting in the watershed water pollution increased and a variety of Organic Pollutants was detected in water.DBP which is a kind of main plasticizer can exist in environment for a long time and accumulate in body and harm animal and hunman body.Phenol which is a kind of priority control of contaminants could harm hepatorenal function or inhibit central system and became a main problem of environment pollution.BaP was considered as a kind of indicator.As a result,water pollution caused by PAEs,phenol and PAHs were widespread concerned.The impaction of zebrafish antioxidant system were studied when exposing to DBP,phenol and BaP,as representative of PAEs,phenol and PAHs.By analyzing the effects of DBP,phenol and BaP in different contents on catalase(CAT),glutathione S-transferase(GST)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in muscle and liver and the catalase SOD activity,which could provide the theoretical basis for the follow-up study water pollution to aquatic biology and human.The main research contents and results were as follows:(1)Based on the study of zebrafish antioxidant system exposing to DBP,phenol and BaP,CAT and SOD activity increased at first and then decreased,but the change rule of the other two indexes was not obvious.(2)About the change of MDA content,the rule of it was not obvious,because MDA could measure the extent damage of membrane system,which caused it changed a lot without rule.These phenomena showed that zebrafishes were not toxication.(3)When zebrafishes exposing three oganics GST changed a lot but did not have obvious rules,because GST could combine with-SH to remove oxygen radical.Reaction process maybe slower than that of CAT and SOD.(4)Through comparision it was found that BaP was the most toxic,then phenol,and DBP was the least.When zebrafish was exposed to the BaP,enzyme activity in zebrafish liver and muscle showed a trend of lower,because the toxicity of BaP is highest and destroyed the zebrafish antioxidant system.
