In recent years,the pace of optimization and upgrading of traditional energy structures in China has gradually accelerated.Green energy has become a national one of the important development directions in the energy field.However,it is undeniable that the main status of traditional energy sources such as coal and petroleum will not be shaken for a long time to come.With the mining of shallow coal seams deep-well mining will become the main form of future coal mining.Deep-well mining faces many problems,which poses a major threat to the safe mining of coal mines.The opening of coal seams at near distance has further exacerbated the difficulty of mining in coal mines.This paper designs a temperature program for the program,and studies the oxidation characteristics of coal left in Gaozhuang 3 coal seam through the experimental platform.The results show that:the initial oxidation occurred in the remaining coal in the lower strata,and the secondary oxidation occurred in the coal in the upper strata;compared with the primary oxidation,the secondary oxidation is faster and the critical temperature and the cracking temperature are reduced.The pressure energy distribution of 1104 working face and adjacent goaf was measured based on the real-time pressure measurement system of goaf.The results showed that:1104 goaf is the main source of air leakage;1104 goaf,512 goaf,and 510 goaf have tendency to leak wind on 1102 goaf,and 1102 goaf may have high temperature fire.When the lower strata coal seam is mined,it must consider the effects of full pre-oxidation of the 1104 goaf and the 1102 goaf in the upper strata,and the effect of air leakage and exhalation on the fire prevention and extinguishing work in the goaf.The beam monitoring system was used to monitor the gas and temperature changes in the gob area in real time.The monitoring results showed that the oxidation zone of the 1104 working face ranged from 7.6 to 54.30 m,the length of the oxidation zone was 46.7 m,and the minimum advancing speed was 24 m/month.With the effect of oxidation,the length of the oxidation zone in the gob of the coal seam face at 3 seams may increase.The overall framework for natural fire prevention and control of coal seams at close range in Gaozhuang Coal Mine was constructed,and a comprehensive fire extinguishing system for the gob area of Gaozhuang coal mine was constructed with coal spontaneous combustion prevention,coal spontaneous combustion forecasting,and hidden danger treatment as the core content.501 working face,507 working face high temperature fire spot treatment case introduction Special period fire extinguishing measures.
