CIR can make the shearer have the ability to automatically trace the coal-rock interface.That is,the shearer automatically adjusts the height of the shearer drum according to the law of the change of the roof and the bottom plate or the rules set by the people.It cannot only contribute to mine automation and high efficiency,but also reduce the content of rock and the other mineral that must be removed in the process of coal beneficiation.It is one of the key techniques to achieve "no one with the machine operation" mining scene and coal mining intelligent extraction.A large number of scholars based on the vibration signal of coal and rock interface identification technology research,but not yet mature products to meet the actual needs of coal mining face.Due to experimental conditions and the limitations of the reality,resulting many methods remain in the level of laboratory and theoretical,the theory and practice cannot be a good combination.Relying on the advantages of coal enterprises and coal enterprises,this paper develops a new coal mining machine rocker cutting vibration signal acquisition and identification device.It can communicate with the electronic control system,collect the real-time working information of the shearer,and collect the vibration signal of the shearer under different load.This paper describes the working principle of the shearer,analyzes the principle of coal breaking,and uses the shearer’s cutting vibration signal acquisition and recognition device to collect the shearing operation of the shearer,the rocker vibration signal.And it is concluded that the vibration signal of the Y-axis direction is most sensitive when the cutting load type of the shearer is changed.After normalization,the time-domain characteristic value of the vibration signal has short-term energy,and the short-time zero-crossing rate;the frequency domain characteristic of the vibration signal has the signal down-spectrum distance Dcep,and the Mel-scale cepstrum coefficient MFCC of the first Mel-scale filter.Dissertation work and conclusion:(1)Discussed the development process and research status of CIR based on the vibration signal,pointed out that the realization of intelligent mining,unmanned coal mining production requirements of urgent need for fully mechanized mining equipment CIR technology,it is presented based on the analysis of cutting characteristics of research contents,schemes and technical routes.(2)Based on the research of generation mechanism and propagation characteristics of vibration signal,a new type of shearer vibration signal acquisition and recognition device was developed,collecting the three-axis vibration signal and background noise signal of shearer.It was tested in MG900/2400-WD shearer,and a large number of high-precision data is collected and recorded.(3)Using digital signal processing technology,analyze the waveform and extract eigenvalue of vibration signal in time-domain and frequency-domain.Compared and analyzed the vibration signal in time-domain and frequency-domain under different working conditions,determine the time-domain and frequency-domain eigenvalue to identify load type of shearer.Finally,a summary of the main research work and innovative achievements,and the next step of the research work carried out.
