| In recent decades,three-dimensional printing technologies have developed rapidly,among which the SLA technology and DLP technology,which is based on UV curing,have been paid much attention.With the development of the technology,people have higher and higher requirement for the 3D printing products.Currently,the main raw materials used in SLA and DLP technology are epoxy resin and acrylic resin.Although these resins can meet the basic requirements of UV-cured three-dimensional printing,they also have many problems such as high viscosity and volume shrinkage,poor toughness.So it is necessary to modify these resins to achieve resins with better performance.The organic silicon compounds have the advantages of low surface energy,low temperature flexibility,electrical insulation,heat resistance,oxidation resistance,weather ability,hydrophobicity and so on.In this paper,several photosensitive organic silicon monomers were synthesized and introduced into the three-dimensional printing photosensitive resin as photosensitive components.The viscosity,mechanical properties and thermodynamic properties of the resin were improved.Therefore,this article will illustrate our work from the following aspects:1.Four kinds of bifunctional acrylate monomers with main chain contain silicon were synthesized by the reaction of chlorosilane and acrylate and the structures were characterized.We add the four silicone modified acrylate monomers into the resins which can be cured by DLP technology,and studied the effects of the silicone modified acrylate monomer on the thermodynamic and mechanical properties of the UV curable products.The experimental result shows that the addition of four monomers have some improvement on the mechanical properties of the cured products,and the monomer with the silicon phenyl structure can improve the mechanical properties of the material better.2.We synthesised the siloxane containing epoxy and phenyl groups and add it into the UV curable resins.Compared with several common epoxy resins and studied the properties of epoxy resin products such as mechanical properties,thermal performance.The experimental results are analyzed in this paper.The experimental results show that the addition of siloxane D1 increase the exposure energy,but it has little effect on the water absorption and volume shrinkage.And the three-dimensional photo-curable products have good comprehensive performance,which can meet the performance requirements for 3D printing materials. |
