YB45 Cigarette Packaging Mackaging Conveyor System Optimization And Simulation

In the packaging machinery,often intermittent mechanism,in order to achieve the process of convergence.With the continuous development of the tobacco machinery to high speed,multifunction and light weight,the higher accuracy of the intermittent motion,such as the indexing accuracy,the motion stability,the high speed impact and so on,is put forward.Due to the impact of the traditional slot wheel device will cause the cigarette production and processing of the process of rubbing and folding and other phenomena,affecting the effective operating rate of equipment,increase the waste rate of processing.The gear rack indexing cam mechanism has the advantages of simple structure,stable transmission,low vibration and noise.Inspired by the gear rack type indexing cam mechanism,on the basis of YB45 cigarette packaging machine transmission system,establish virtual prototype of YB45 packaging machine cigarette transfer system improved mechanism,kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed,mainly completes the following work:(1)the conjugate cam profile equation is established.The contour line is drawn by Matlab,and the contour data is imported into CATIA to establish the virtual prototype of the cigarette conveying system of YB45 packaging machine.Based on the virtual prototype,the pressure angle and the radius of curvature of the gear rack indexing mechanism are analyzed.(2)analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the mechanism:by analyzing the natural frequency and the vibration mode of the cigarette conveying system of the YB45 packaging machine,and optimize the structure of the system.(3)kinematics analysis of the mechanism between each component by setting constraints on input for YB45 cigarette packaging machine transmission system 400r/min kinematics simulation of shaft speed,get the intermittent motion rule of the output shaft,through the simulation analysis verified the accuracy of cam.
