| Flow injection chemiluminescence is a kind of on-line assay which is based on a linear relationship between the concentration of substances detected in the system and the chemiluminescence intensity in a certain environment.It is characterized by high sensitivity,fast detection,simple operation.However,it is difficult to measure the substances in the complex mixture because the detection to some substances doesn’t have specificity.Therefore,the study of a method for the detection of substance-specific identification has been widely concerned.Molecular imprinting is a kind of imprinted polymers compounded by the target molecules.These target molecules can be specially recognized.And then the connection between the imprinting column and the flow injection chemiluminescence can accurately determine the target molecules,which makes up the shortcomings of flow injection chemiluminescence analyzer without specific recognition.The method of molecular imprinted flow injection chemiluminescence analysis has the characteristic of strong specificity,high sensitivity,simple operation and wide application range.This paper mainly studies that the nucleoside drugs and sulfa-drugs can enhance KMnO4-HCHO luminescent system under acidic conditions and establish a system for the detection of nucleoside and sulfa-drugs,as well as the optimized parameters.The details are as follows:1.Under the acidic condition,the uracil nucleoside is determined by KMnO4-HCHO luminescence system combined with flow injection chemiluminescence analyzer.The results show that the regression equation is ΔI = 86.58×105C(mol/L)+0.6,R = 0.9955,the detection limit is 8 × 10-6 mol / L,and the pyramiding nucleoside(1 ×10-3 mol / L)is measured 11 times,the relative standard deviation is 4.3 %.Using this method has been successful to the detection of uracil nucleoside recognition.2.Combining flow injection system with chemiluminescence can quickly determine the content of guanidine nucleoside.The linearity of the experiment is as follows: ΔI = 49.67×105C(mol/L)-302.77(R = 0.9993).The detection limit is 1.5×10-7mol/L.Guanidine(1×10-6mol/L)is measured 11 times in parallel with a relative standard deviation of 2.7 %.3.A molecularly imprinted polymer is prepared by molecular imprinting technique using Cytidine as the template molecule,this polymer is used for the identification of Cytidine molecule.Under acid condition,basing on HCl-KMnO4-HCHO chemiluminescence system,it will establish a MIP-FI-CL method for the determination of Cytidine by using Cytidine-imprinted polymers as recognition material and potassium permanganate and formaldehyde as detection system.The linear range is8×10-51×10-3 mol/L and the detection limit is 4×10-5 mol/L.The developed method is applied to the determination of Cytidine in medicine with satisfactory results.4.Under acid condition,basing on HCl-KMnO4-HCHO chemiluminescence system,a MIP-FI-CL method for the determination of SM2 is established by using SM2-imprinted polymers as recognition material and potassium permanganate and formaldehyde as detection system.This method regards SM2 as the target molecule,combounding a method of MIP that has a specific recognition.The linear range is1×10-41.5 ×10-3mol/L and the detection limit is 6×10-5mol/L.The developed method is applied to the deteination of SM2 in medicine with satisfactory results. |
