The chemiluminescence(CL) method has advantages of high sensitivity, fastanalysis speed, easy to operate,etc., and widely used in environmental monitoring,clinical medicine, drug analysis and food engineering. However, relatively poorselectivity of CL method limits its application to complicated samples. So, it isurgent and significant to improve the selectivity of CL method.Molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) is an important molecular recognitionmaterial appeared in recent years. It has a predetermined selectivity for the targetmolecule and its excellent recognition ability to the target molecule is comparable toantibody-antigen and enzyme-substrate natural recognition system. If MIP was usedas the recognition material in CL analysis, when a sample solution flows through theMIP, the analyte would be separated from coexisted substances and pre-adsorbed onthe MIP, then the chemiluminescence reagents flow through the MIP for CLdetermination, the selectivity of CL method will be improved greatly.In this paper, we established several kinds of method combined with flowinjection techniques and chemiluminescence reactions. Their experimentalconditions have been investigated systematically. The more detailed novelty of thisresearch can be categorized as following:1ã€A a novel GSH molecularly imprinted polymer monolithic column wasprepared by in stepwise polymerization stepwise using glutathione (GSH) astemplate molecule, polyethylene glycol (PEG) as solvent, divinyl three amine ascuring agent and polymerization of epoxy resin. A new chemiluminescence methodfor the determination of PEG was proposed by the combination of PEG-imprintedpolymer and KMnO4-PEG-formaldehyde-CL system. The linear range for GSH is5×10-6~1×10-3mol/L, the detection limit is1×10-6mol/L. The developed methodwas applied to the determination of GSH in Atomolan tablets with satisfactoryresults.2ã€Molecularly imprinted original catechin(DHBA) polymer with high selectivitywas prepared using DHBA as template molecule, epoxy resin as monomer,polyethylene glycol as hole agent and a large excess of diethylenetriamine as the cross-linking. The column should be connected to the mobile chemiluminescenceanalysis system. In the chemiluminescence system of potassiumpermanganate-DHBA-formaldehyde, the molecularly imprinted chemiluminescenceanalysis method was established for the determination of DHBA. The linear range is5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L, the detection limit is3.7×10-7mol/L. The relativestandard deviation is2.9%(n=11, C=5×10-4mol/L).3ã€In the chemiluminescence system of KMnO4-HCHO-8-hydroxy-5-sulfonicacid, the flow injection-chemilminescence analysis method for determining traceamounts8-hydroxy quinoline-5-sulfonic acid was developed. The linear range is5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L, the detection limit is4.3×10-7mol/L,the relativestandard deviation is3.6%(n=11, C=7×10-5mol/L). |
