Submersible pump is a very important lifting equipment in oil recovery,with high pump efficiency,large displacement range,high degree of automation.Using submersible pump can improve the rate of oil and gas wells and achieve steady oil and gas output.However,during the operation of the electric submersible pump,due to improper matching between the underground pump unit and the production parameters,the pump efficiency will be deviated from the high efficiency zone and can not be operated at the highest efficiency zone.Therefore,it is very important to study the optimization design of underground equipment of submersible electric pump to rational and efficient operation.This paper fully investigates the domestic and foreign submersible pump technology theory and application status quo.Based on the study of oil well inflow,outflow dynamics,wellbore multiphase flow theory,submersible pump characteristic curve,submersible electric pump downhole equipment is optimized.As the maximum efficiency of underground efficiency as the objective function,using node analysis method,the optimal design method of submersible electric pump underground equipment is studied to realize the efficient operation.In this paper,the relationship between supply and production of submersible electric pump is considered,as pump type,submersible motor and cable parameter as the design variable,and the downhole efficiency under the three coupling as the objective function.Taking into account the pump diameter,pump depth,pump series,liquid production and other constraints,the relationship between downhole equipment is studied to select proper electric submersible pumps,submersible motors and cables.Six pumps,51 kinds of motors and 188 downhole units are studied and calculated the downhole efficiency of each unit.The results show that the selection of downhole units has a great impact on downhole efficiency,188 downhole units,188 downhole equipment efficiency.Finally,on the basis of the selected optimal downhole unit,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of underground equipment.
