| In oil well exploration process, in order to optimize the oil exploitation, downholeparameters, such as temperature and pressure, need to be monitored online in real time.Consideirng the characteristic of electronic submersible pump(ESP) unit, ESP motor cable isused as the means of ground panel and downhole sensor in this study,high-accuracy integratedtest components and two wire system analog current loop to motor the intake pressure andintake temperature.We take reasonable measures to optimalize the oil well exploration byanalysing the real time condition through the collected data.The mainly parameters measured by ESP downhole online monitoring system designedin this thesis are intake pressure and intake temperature. Surface panel supply non-constantDC voltage to the main cable.The DC voltage goes across the wye point and affects indownhole testing citcuit and make a loop with earth.After pre-processing,downhole circuitconverts the data of pressure and temperature to current signal,which is transferee! to theground.This transmission system not only has simple design but also has high reliability.Moreover, filter unit is designed in this system to isolate the high voltage AC form mortor toavoid the monitoirng device is damaged.Signal acquisition, data processing, value display and downhole DC voltage drive are themain functions of surface system. The ground system convert the current signal to voltagesignal through a high precision resistance,then transfer the signal to AD convertor.Themicrocontroller accomplishes the data processing and display. On the other hand,surface unitsupply DC voltage through the wye point of three-phase inductor.This monitoirng system will offer reliable technical support to optimize the ESPproduction.This thesis has a certain significance to enhance the ability of oil exploit in ourcountry. |
