Study On Straw Disposal Behavior Of Farmers And Its Influencing Factors

The different disposal methods of crop straw have important influence on the rural ecological environment protection and the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources.In recent years,although the government introduced a series of incentive and restraint measures to guide farmers to carry out the pro-environmental behavior of straw,but the phenomenon of straw open burning and waste is widespread.What are the factors affecting farmers’ straw disposal? How to improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of straw resources? It is an important topic which the academic circles at present.Based on field research T county of hubei province 282 farmers,this paper discusses the current situation of peasant household straw disposal behavior and influence factors,and analyzes and researches the data collected by SPSS software.In order to solve the problem of straw disposal,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward Suggest.The article is mainly from the following sections:The first part: introduction.Including the background of the research,purpose and significance of the research,literature review and the review,research design,etc.The second part: the theoretical basis of straw disposal behavior of farmers.Mainly including the theory of bounded rationality、new public service theory、social capital theory.The third part: the present situation of straw disposal behavior of farmers and its influencing factors.The results show that the number of people who choose to "burn or discard" and "use" is less,and the number of people who choose straw to sell is less,indicating that there is still a phenomenon of burning or discarding straw in the countryside,and the majority of farmers but the straw recycling work has not been vigorously promoted,the utilization level of straw resources has yet to be improved,and the work of resource utilization has great development prospect.Demographic variables、natural conditions、 expected income and cost、social capital、social norms、social trust、the external environment of farmers straw disposal behavior exists significant influence.and external environment have a significant impact on farmers’ straw disposal behavior.The fourth part: the main conclusions and suggestions.An empirical study of 282 farmers in T county,hubei province was shown that the demographic variables had a significant effect on the straw disposal behavior of farmers;the natural conditions have a significant effect on the straw disposal behavior of farmers;the expected benefits and costs、social capital、social norms、social trust and external environment have significant effects on the straw disposal behavior;the personal cognition and incentive behavior have no significant effect on the straw disposal behavior.Therefore,we should improve the level of rural education,strengthen the scientific and cultural quality education of farmers;vigorously support the straw acquisition and processing enterprises,relying on science and technology for the market;develop and improve the relevant policies to encourage supporting measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers;improve social supervision mechanism,Social public opinion environment;cultivate farmers’ social capital consciousness,give full play to party members,village cadres pioneer exemplary role.
