| As one of backbone industries for Chinese national economy,the textile industry plays a significant role in increasing employment and raising people’s material standard of life.In the production flow of textile industry,the procedure of spinning has particular importance,as it does not only have a bearing upon the production scale of enterprise,but also influences the general production level of the enterprise.Besides,the process flow of spinning is relatively complicated and prone to be influenced by the humiture fluctuation of production station and quality of raw materials,etc.,hence frequent occurrence of weak twists and broken ends,etc.,which needs immediate attention.As in domestic textile region the production units with low automaticity are widely used in the link of spinning,which both increases labor intensity of weavers and the labor cost of enterprises.Presently there are few technical proposals to specially rebuild spinning machine to detect broken ends.As a response to this actual demand,we studied designing and realizing of broken-end detection system of spinning machine.After consulting substantive literature and analyzing several existing technical proposals,we designed dedicated detection sensor used in conjunction with programmable logic device and embedded-type chip for current advanced semiconductor to realize the system’s design proposal.The sensor as designed in this proposal has low cost,small volume,high sensitivity and large linear range to realize broken-end detection.The signal amplification circuit is provided with adaptation to guarantee strong usability of sensor.Built using programmable logic device,the sensor signal process circuit has small volume,high integration level,programmability and high flexibility,etc.The signal transmission and data detection are processed in a centralized way via CAN bus.The broken-end detection system for spinning machine designed herein is mainly composed of broken-end detection sensor signal processing circuit and control module based on CPLD and STM32.The sensor collects the work states of spinning machine and makes simple signal processing,then the sensor signal is conditioned via adaptive amplifying circuit and signal conditioning circuit.The control module based on CPLD and STM32 analyzes and processes the sensor’s conditioning signal,displays the analytic result through the display module in upper computer,and the LED indicator corresponding to the position of spindle indicates the position of broken-end for yarn.In this thesis we designed a broken-end detection system for spinning machine according to the actual demands for detection of yarn broken-end in the procedure of spinning,with main work comprising:exploring the characteristics of sensing coil of sensor and verifying them via experiment,trial-manufacturing sensor used to detect motion state of spinning machine’s traveler by dint of selected sensing coil,optimizing it with multiple versions of parameters,using CPLD chip and Verilog HDL to build frequency detection circuit used for discriminating threshold,using STM32 chips to recognize and display the state of CPLD signal output terminal,employing the available conditions to design a simple experimental platform,commissioning the software and hardware of broken-end detection system for spinning machine in the laboratory environment,verifying on the actual product line for many times,with the detection rate of yarn broken ends all reaching designed requirements in the testing process. |
