Study On Parameterized Design Of CAD Mo-Del For Men's New Chinese-style Outfits

With the national presidency Xi Jinping in foreign affairs activities in the new Chinese-style outfits dressed in the media reports,making new Chinese-style outfits in this wave of the more intense,become a new development direction of contemporary garment enterprises.However,our country has a large population and bodyily form differ in thousands ways.The traditional monotonous style has been unable to meet the needs of modern people.With the development of intelligent,integrated and humane clothing CAD technology,the level of intelligent CAD system is getting higher and higher,which can realize automatic model generation.However,very few involved in Chinese-style outfits pattern,Chinese-style outfits 's structure design more rely on experience of word of mouth and lack theoretical,parametric design.In view of the above problems,combined with BOKE intelligent model CAD plate system,the parametric garment plate making CAD model of the men's new Chinese-style outfits researched in this paper can improve the efficiency of plate making and then to design the new equipment to meet the needs of consumers.In this paper,the research content includes:(1)Through the literature reading and information collecting,understand the knowledge of Chinese-style outfits,design the basic model of the men's new Chinese-style outfits by combining with the Chinese-style outfits type and characteristics.(2)The theoretical research of the parametric design includes the concept,type,realization method and so on,focusing on analysis custom parameters to determine the clothing structure of the functional parameters.(3)Through the structural analysis,the author finds out the custom parameters which influence the structure of the new Chinese-style outfits,and makes the orthogonal experiment.The objective result is evaluated by the experiment result,and the best combination of the process parameters is obtained by the difference analysis method.(4)The best combination of the process parameters import the BOKE intelligent board system,the establishment of CAD model,to achieve the new Chinese-style outfits in the fast design and automatic generation.(5)The author makes a new Chinese-style outfits,and tries to verify the rationality of the model parameterization model.The application of parametric relations model of the men's new Chinese-style outfits model in the new Chinese-style outfits design is illustrated by an example.In this paper,we build the basic CAD model of the men's new Chinese-style outfits.On this basis,we can change the body parameters to generate the same model with different patterns,and change the modeling details to generate different models.This basic model can be made to meet the needs of consumers in the new Chinese-style outfits,give men's new Chinese-style outfits Plate making one reasonable way.
