Aquatic products because of its rich in nutrient content and high water content,very suitable for microbial growth and reproduction,so aquatic products prone to corruption.In order to delay the time of corruption of aquatic products,to extend the fresh water products to keep fresh,new aquatic products preservation technology research and development of great significance.In this study,the squid as the main raw material,low temperature plasma through the dielectric barrier discharge treatment of squid.To explore low temperature plasma sterilization effect of the factors and better conditions.To explore the effects of low temperature plasma on the sensory quality and nutritional value of squid.The results of the study are as follows:(1)separation and purification of the bacteria and fungi which on the surface of the squid by Streak plate method.Low temperature plasma directly in the treatment of bacteria and fungi in the plate,to investigate the different factors under the conditions of low temperature plasma on bacteria and fungi kill effect.The results show that the plasma voltage intensity has a significant effect on the sterilization effect.When the voltage is 60kv,the time is 15s,the sterilization effect can be almost all.(2)Reference to low temperature plasma directly on the killing effect of microorganisms.In a certain range to choose a different treatment conditions to deal with the surface of the micro-organisms on the squid.The optimum sterilization conditions of low temperature plasma were determined by examining the three factors include packaging,voltage intensity and treatment time.The total number of colonies on the squid surface before and after treatment was compared.The effects of low temperature plasma treatment on the subsequent growth of microorganisms were determined by using the untreated group as the control group.After the study can be obtained:when the voltage is 60kv,the treatment time of 45s,can achieve significant sterilization effect.Through the comparative test,it was found that the use of Adjustable packaging had a certain effect on the killing effect of microbes on the surface of squid.(3)studies on the specific effects of squid quality before and after cryogenic plasma treatment.The effect of plasma on the quality of squid was determined by using the untreated squid as the control group,comparing sensory evaluation,freshness,nutrient,odor and taste changes before and after squid treatment.By comparing the experimental data,it shows that the low temperature plasma has no significant effect on the sensory evaluation,freshness,nutrient,odor and taste of the squid during the prolonging squid preservation period.
