Many metal ions are essential and trace elements to the life process.But excessive metal ions can poison the biological cell.Therefore,it is important to develop some methods for detecting these metal ions.Fluorescent molecular probe has the advantages of good selectivity,high sensitivity,fast response,low detection limit,simple operation method and so on.Excellent water solubility and the emission in the long wavelength of the fluorescence chemical sensor is more and more concerned by the scientists.In this paper,the fluorescence molecule probe compound 1 was synthesized by a bidentate phosphite ligand M and a classical Buchwald-Hartwig coupling reaction.The probe 1 can selectively identify Al3+in water,and quantitatively analyze Al3+to a certain extent.In addition,a fluorescent molecule probe compound 2 was synthesized based on methylpyridine and m-aminophenol by the coupling reaction of amines and halogenated hydrocarbons.It also showed good selectivity and high sensitivity for Al3+ and Fe3+,Cr3+.After adding Al3+ to the compound 2 solution,the fluorescence intensity is significantly increased,and with the change of the color of the solution,Al3+can be recognized by the naked eye.The addition of Cr3+and Fe3+to the aluminum complex solution was carried out.The fluorescence of aluminum complex solution was almost completely quenched,and Cr3+ and Fe3+ could be identified in the low concentration range.A Schiff based compound 3 was synthesized from2,4-dimethyl-7-amino-1,8-naphthyridine and salicylaldehyde for the detection of Fe3+.Compound 3 showed good selectivity and sensitivity to Fe3+,and the response time was only 1 minute.Due to the paramagnetism of Fe3+,the fluorescence intensity of compound 3 complexed with Fe3+ was reduced by 10-fold compared with that of free ligand,and the fluorescence was almost completely quenched.And the linear is correlation in range of 0 30 ?mol / L Fe3+,so we can realize the quantitative detection of Fe3+ with compound 3 in the low concentration range.
