| Recently,the security of water has become the focus of social attention.Due to the increase of water pollution in domestic and the lack of associated measurement device,the team decided to develop a platform of “internet_based portable on-line detection of water quality system”,which consists of data acquisition terminal,data server,control center and mobile application.As an important part of the platform,the data acquisition terminal is the data entrance of entire platform.As one kind of data acquisition terminal,portable water quality analyzer should has the functions including water quality measurement,data transmission,friendly user interface,etc.In this paper,the design and implementation of the portable water quality analyzer were discussed in detail.The core contents were the implementations of hardware designs,software developments and the functions validation of device.The main content of this paper are as following:1.Hardware circuit part mainly consists of power supply module,controller module,display module,color sensor module,memory module,networking module,positioning module and several interface circuits.2.In the software development,the associated software of this equipment was presented.At first,the transplant of UCOSIII operating system,emWin graphics library and FATFS was implemented.Then,the functions of storage,networking,positioning and frequency measurement were developed.At last,the algorithms of water quality measurement and equipment calibration were programmed and validated.3.The functions of equipment including storage,data transmission,positioning,component measurement and debugging interface were validated and the equipment can achieve the desired performance.The instrument has been on sale and has lots of consumers.During the implementation in fields,some valuable suggestions have been collected from consumers,which is helpful for the improvment of this instrument. |
