Mudanjiang is the largest river in the middle reaches of Songhua River,Full length 726 km,The total drainage area is 37023km2,Originated in Jilin City,Dunhua Province,it is a tributary of the water function zoning in the Songhua River of Yilan,and is an important tributary of the Songhua River Basin.In this paper,the water quality of Mudanjiang as the research object,research and Analysis on the pollution situation,pollution characteristics and study the main pollutants from the time scale and put forward comprehensive improvement scheme,the formation of a tributary of the Songhua River water quality protection technology system and management system,to provide data support and technical support for the safety of water quality in Mudanjiang.In this study,the main stream of Mudanjiang is chosen as the research object,and 10 national control and provincial control sections are selected as sampling points,respectively in the water,water and dry periods of three different water periods.The results showed that although the overall water quality of Mudanjiang river basin is better,the concentration of pollutants decreased year by year,but the permanganate index,ammonia nitrogen pollution is still universal,individual sections of water quality is not up to the phenomenon of existence.Permanganate index in the high water period,at this time the Mudanjiang coastal crops in the growing period,all kinds of chemical fertilizers,pesticides were washed by rain,runoff into the surface of Mudanjiang water body,causing serious pollution;The ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen content in the dry season,Mudanjiang coastal industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater discharged into the Mudanjiang River in the dry season continues,Mudanjiang river water,the water flow is slow,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen content accumulation reached the maximum value of pollution,while in wet period due to the dilution effect,resulting in the decrease of ammonia concentration.Through the study on Mudanjiang coast of key industrial enterprises in different city and county and livestock farms for investigation of pollution sources,found the reasons causing serious pollution is the main agricultural non-point source pollution and industrial wastewater emissions caused by untreated.Due to the common effect of point source and non-point source,the control unit control section Hualian ravine ditch can not reach the water quality function zoning requirements,exceed the standard factor of permanganate index.At the same time,Mudanjiang is a typical organic pollutant phenol pollutants,investigation of 10 enterprises of industrial wastewater discharge pollutants,discharge of sewage in Mudanjiang found an additive company to exceed the standard,the priority control of enterprises.Therefore,the highest concentration of the enterprise must exceed its priority controlpollutant treatment,discharge standards.Other enterprises with high priority to control pollutant emissions should also actively deal with their pollutants and reduce the pollution contribution to water quality in Mudanjiang.At the same time,it is found that the water pollution of Bei'an river is serious,which is the main cause of the water environment in Mudanjiang,especially the water quality of the section is not up to standard,According to this method,the aquatic biological purification system is developed,which is suitable for the improvement of water quality in the northern cold area,It not only optimizes the aquatic community,determines the ecological restoration of habitat conditions,but also the establishment of ecological restoration measures.At the same time,with the effect of runoff,the ecological environment of water can be repaired continuously,and the water quality can reach the Class IV of water.
